How do I book an appointment?
Call us or send a request with your address and the fault or installation you need. We arrange a visit and confirm a time window before anyone travels to you.
How does pricing work?
The engineer assesses the job on site or from the details you give us, then gives you one fixed price before any work starts. That price does not change once agreed.
When do I pay for the job?
Payment is due once the work is finished and checked, by cash or bank transfer. We leave you with a written invoice on the day.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let us know before the scheduled visit and we will move the appointment to another time that works for you, with no charge for the change.
