Parties and scope

These terms apply between Aircura and any client booking a repair, installation, servicing, or related visit. They cover work carried out at the client's property or business premises within our stated service area.

Booking and quotes

Bookings are made by phone, by request form, or in person. Quotes given before a visit are estimates based on the information provided, and are confirmed as firm prices once an engineer has inspected the unit or site.

Performance of the work and access to the premises

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the unit and surrounding area at the agreed time. If access is not available, the visit may be rescheduled and a return call-out fee may apply.

Prices, payment after completion and invoices

Payment is due on the day the work is completed, by cash or by bank transfer against an issued invoice. Prices quoted before the visit may change if the actual condition of the unit or site differs from the description given at booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fixed fee to cover the reserved time slot.

Liability, insurance and complaints

Work is carried out with reasonable care and in line with standard trade practice. Any complaint about the standard of work should be raised within 30 days of completion, and we will inspect and remedy any fault caused by our own work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
