Aircura started after one too many jobs where a previous contractor had left pipework badly insulated or refrigerant undercharged. Customers were paying full price for work that failed within a season, and nobody would come back to fix it properly.
We built the business around named engineers and fixed pricing agreed before anyone picks up a tool. Copper pipework, proper insulation and certified refrigerant handling are the baseline, not an upgrade. Every job is checked for pressure, drainage and airflow before we call it finished.
Pricing is quoted directly, without a call centre marking it up along the way. Payment happens once the work is done, by cash or bank transfer, and the engineer who quoted the job is the one who signs it off.
